Ashley Shire is an incredible, compassionate, understanding person who made our family member’s transition to Argento so easy. The Medical Director, Med Tech’s, and caregiver staff are all very supportive and friendly to the residents. The weekly outings are also wonderful for the residents so they are involved in engaged activities. I would definitely recommend Argento to anyone looking for a Memory Care Facility.

Argento is incredible. My mom has lived here for three years and truly loves it, after being unhappy at two prior communities. She is active, and Argento keeps her engaged all day with activities, outings, and care tailored to dementia. The staff is compassionate, well trained, and genuinely loving. I have complete peace of mind and highly recommend Argento.

Ashley Shire has been an incredible source of support at Argento. Nearly nine months ago, she helped guide us through a very difficult transition when my brother moved in. She is always available, knowledgeable, and professional, and she truly cares about his well being. Because of Ashley, we knew Argento was the right home. We are deeply grateful to her and the entire staff.

Ashley Shire was the key to a successful transfer for my wife to Argento. Her compassion and concern for residents is excellent and continues to be shown with all residents every day. The staff and Director of Health Services, along with the facility itself combine to create a community that is better than I’ve seen anywhere else.

Ashley Shire is the greatest help and wonderful person at Argento. I moved my brother into Argento almost 9 months ago. She has been such a guiding light in this difficult transition. She always has time for us and she makes sure Mark is well cared for. I can't say enough about her knowledge and professionalism and still she makes it east and relaxed. After being in three different memory cares I am happy to have found this wonderful place for my mother. The Executive Director Terri Weitzman has been a godsend! She is comforting and knowledgeable. It is such a relief to see her staff care the way they do and be guided so well.

This place is special! All of the staff is so friendly, patient and professional. Our brother is happy there . It is a new facility. Clean and has pretty of activities to keep him busy all day long. The food is also very good. We feel fortunate to have found Argento. Special shout out to Ashley! She is exceptional...

I recently contacted Argento while urgently searching for long-term care in Santa Monica. Although they did not have availability, Ashley took the time to listen and connect me with a placement service. Weeks later, we secured a bed close to our family. That support made a difficult situation manageable. I am deeply grateful for Ashley's help.

Ashley, Charlene,and Bree as well as the rest of the staff are incredibly kind, courteous, understanding, and compassionate with the residents and their families. I went to visit my mother and what I thought was going to be uncomfortable, stressful, and frightening became a very peaceful and enjoyable visit. I can’t say enough they are all absolutely amazing.

Having toured other facilities on the westside, I made the right decision to have them care for my mother. Grateful to Ashley, Judy and Jodi for their caring, understanding and assistance in a smooth transition. My mother loves Judy which makes me happy. She enjoys 3 meals a day, socializing with the other residents and engaging in activities. All this confirms I made the right choice and placed her at Argento Memory Care.

I can’t say enough great things about the care my mother received at Argento. The attention & genuine love she received from all the staff was overwhelming. They constantly communicated with me to let me know how she was doing and always did there best to make her comfortable.

After considering several other memory care facilities, Argento far exceeded them all. Ashley Shire, Dir. Sales & Marketing did an exceptional job of explaining everything and inviting us into the Argento family. I am not easily impressed but Ashley is the best. The Executive Director Jodi and Head Nurse Judy also serve to place Argento in a class of its own.

We love Argento. Our mom was unhappy at her previous community, but here she is truly happy and engaged. She stays active, socializes daily, and enjoys activities, walks, and weekly entertainment. The staff is caring and attentive, and leadership is genuinely involved. It feels like a real community, and we are so glad we made the move.

Argento took wonderful care of my father in-law in the last months of his life. The entire family so appreciates the compassionate, personal attention he received. They made the difficult decisions easier to deal with, and offered such helpful flexible visiting hours. It was a great environment for both Dad and for us, for our visits. The family extends heartful thanks to Judy, Jody, Ashley, Charlene, Armando, and their entire caring caregiver staff.

While helping my sister find care for her husband with Alzheimer's, I toured many communities that felt bleak. At Argento Westside, Ashley stood out immediately. Her knowledge, warmth, and connection with residents were clear. She guided us through every step with compassion and professionalism. We knew our family member would receive thoughtful, high quality care, and that has proven true.

After touring Argento once I knew this was going to be my father’s new home. I have no regrets about my decision because my father tells me he is comfortable there and has no reason to want to leave. Even his dearest friends tell me they are impressed with the facility and staff. The biggest joy I receive is my father’s happiness as he participates in the many activities at Argento. He never joined activities in his previous care home.

I visited Argento Memory Care and met with Ashley. She exceeded my expectations with clear guidance on services and fees and a thoughtful tour of the community. She introduced me to staff and residents and even offered help if Argento was not the right fit. Her kindness and professionalism were remarkable, and I am truly grateful for her support.

This facility sets the bar for the excellence that can be achieved. As a Private Patient Advocate of 10 years I’ve yet to be so impressed by a facility.

Even though we are not ready to move forward yet, this remains an outstanding option for memory care.

Amazed at how beautiful the community and apartments were. The staff and management are extremely friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoined my tour and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend Argento for your loved ones in-need of memory care.
